To use zeus11 Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you agree to the following terms:
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. The information provided must match the identity documents you will submit for KYC verification.
zeus11 is required by law to verify the identity of all Users. zeus11 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, and Permata Bank; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. zeus11 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your payment method and for any bank charges incurred.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-10 minutes for verified Accounts during business hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. zeus11 does not charge withdrawal fees.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your KYC documents. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money laundering compliance. Attempts to withdraw to accounts not in your name will result in withdrawal rejection and potential Account investigation.
In accordance with AML regulations, you must wager any deposited amount at least one (1) time before withdrawal. zeus11 reserves the right to request additional documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence for large transactions or suspicious activity patterns. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may result in Account review and temporary holds on transactions.
You may not use credit cards, cryptocurrencies, or any payment methods not explicitly listed on our Platform. Deposits made through unauthorized methods will be reversed, and Accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

When playing with active bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply. Typically, the maximum bet is Rp 50,000 per game round or spin. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before placement. zeus11 is not responsible for errors in bet placement due to User error. In the event of obvious technical or human error (such as incorrect odds display), zeus11 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
Sports betting is available on a wide range of events including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, etc.), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and E-sports. Bets are settled according to official results. zeus11 reserves the right to void bets on matches or events that are abandoned, postponed, or canceled, unless settlement has already been determined.
Live betting allows you to place bets on events in progress. Odds and available markets change dynamically based on event developments. Due to transmission delays, there may be a brief time lag between the actual event and odds updates. zeus11 reserves the right to reject or limit live bets at its discretion.
All casino games including slots, table games, live dealer games, and specialty games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. zeus11 does not influence or control game results. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information section.
In the event of game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, zeus11 will take all reasonable steps to rectify the situation. If a malfunction occurs after a bet is placed but before the outcome is determined, zeus11 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake. Malfunctions void all affected game play and payouts.

zeus11 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. zeus11 does not warrant that Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, zeus11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
zeus11 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that may harm zeus11, other Users, or third parties. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals pending investigation.
zeus11 may terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions, provide false information, engage in prohibited activities, or if we determine that continued provision of Services to you is not in zeus11's best interest. Upon termination, you forfeit any bonuses and, in cases of serious breach, may forfeit Account balances.
